Terms of Service

📅 Last updated

Please read these Terms carefully. They describe how MindPath courses and the platform are sold and delivered, how payments and refunds are handled, and how we resolve disputes under Hong Kong law.

Joyora LIMITED is the corporation that owns, controls, and operates this website and store, doing business as MindPath.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Joyora LIMITED (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. By accessing mindpathcourse.org, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MindPath operates an online learning platform that sells and delivers courses in customer behavior, consumer psychology, and applied behavioral science. Courses consist of pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable resources, optional live events, and access to a private community.

3. Account Terms (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and 17 may only use the service with verifiable parental consent. Keep your credentials confidential and notify [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”), a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor audited annually by an independent Qualified Security Assessor. When you enter your card details at checkout, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe over TLS and is not stored on Joyora LIMITED servers. We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and supported regional cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Prices are in USD and are charged in USD unless explicitly displayed otherwise.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa and Stripe’s Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. Joyora LIMITED authorizes Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable course price, subscription fee, and any applicable taxes at the time of purchase or on each scheduled billing date for recurring plans.

5. Recurring Billing Disclosure

Recurring subscription charges are managed by Stripe Billing. If you purchase a subscription, it automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand. Prices may change on renewal with at least 30 days’ notice. Cancel any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the current period.

6. Free Trial Terms

Free trials are limited to one per person and begin when activated. A valid payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

7. Cancellation & Refund

MindPath offers a 14-day “No Questions Asked” refund on new course and subscription purchases. See the Refund Policy for specifics.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content is owned by Joyora LIMITED or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view materials. Redistribution, resale, and ingestion into automated training datasets require prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

Do not upload malware, harass staff or students, redistribute content outside the platform, violate law, or interfere with platform security. Violations may result in suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindPath’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” MindPath disclaims all warranties. Course content is educational and is not legal, financial, or medical advice.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify MindPath against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, email [email protected]. We will attempt informal resolution for 30 days. If unsuccessful, disputes are resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under HKIAC Rules. Seat: Hong Kong. Language: English. You and MindPath agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis (class action waiver).

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

15. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be announced by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
